To show how important it is to use your Brownie Guide Smile at all times.
Use this activity as a “cool down” after an energetic game or activity

Smile Meditation
Instructions
• Brownies sit or lie on the floor with their eyes closed
• Leader reads out the following
1. Imagine wrapping your whole body in a smile
2. Imagine a smile across the neck
3. The front and back of your shoulders
4. And image a smile at the base of your spine
5. And in your tummy
6. Imagine a smile behind your knees
7. Imagine wrapping your feet in a smile
8. Notice how you feel and how the energy changes in your body


Debrief Leader A little “meditation” can make you stress less, pause more and listen better!!!!
