Description

To enable Fire Cadets to understand the importance of Resource Management and how resources are managed within the Fire and Rescue Service. Fire Cadets will use their knowledge to manage resources for a planned activity. Fire Cadets will be able to:
• Explain the importance of Resource Management in the Fire and Rescue Service
• Identify resources used in the Fire and Rescue Service
• Describe how to obtain Fire and Rescue Service resources
• Describe how to maintain Fire and Rescue Service resources

• Service plans/strategies/Integrated Risk Management Plan
• Flipchart Paper, pens and post it notes
• Card sort exercise (x1 per small group)
• Word search handout
• Planning template worksheet
