In teams, race to fill up Santa's sack.

Resources

One sack or large stocking per team
Coloured balls, a different colour for each team

Instructions

Split children into teams. Each team is given a sack or large stocking. Teams line up on one side of the room, opposite a container filled with balls of different colours. Each team is given a colour matching the colour of one of the balls. Team members take it in turns to run with their sack, collect one of their coloured balls and place it in the sack. The players must then run back to their team and hand over the sack for the next player to go, racing the other teams to collect all of their balls first
