Decorate chocolate digestive biscuits to look like Christmas puddings.

Chocolate digestive biscuits
White Chocolate
Ready made green rolling icing
Glace Cherries
Rolling pin
Knife to cut glace cherries and roll-out icing
Mixing bowl (for white chocolate)

Instructions

Break up and melt white chocolate either in the microwave (30 second bursts) or in a glass bowl over hot water in a pan (do not let the bowl touch the water).

Spoon a teaspoon of white chocolate a the top of the biscuit.
Add a piece of Glace Cherry.
Add a leaf shaped piece of green roll-out icing.
