Forwards and backwards movement:
• The front moves first landing on your heel as the back foot moves forward you role onto the
toes of your front foot. Try to keep a constant distance between your feet.
• Instructor plays “what’s the time Mr.Wolf” with the group; however they must move using the forwards and backwards movement. Going in a straight line from start to finish, the instructor stands at the finish line facing away from the group If they are caught moving when the Instructor turns around they go back to the start

Compete in pairs - use observation correction
• have short bouts with plenty of rest breaks when masks can be taken off to avoid over heating
• Have a tournament with the group, get the group to pair up and play a league competition where each team plays each other.
