Description

Game ideas to use once Beavers have mastered basic soft archery skills, range layout and conduct

Resources

Sucker arrows, bows and targets
Hoola hoops (various sizes)
Means to suspend or support hoola hoops or other targets
Clean cans, a table
Large sheet of cardboard with noughts and crosses board marked out on it, velcro to allow a nought or cross to be placed on it

Instructions

Range competition - who can shoot a single arrow the furthest
Archery golf - land your arrow in the hoola hoop
Shoot the hoop - hoola hoops (various sizes), means to suspend or support them
Tin can alley - table with empty cans on
HORSE - participants get 5 lives and need to complete a challenge shot not to lose one (challenge is different each time and is set by the Range Master)
Noughts and crosses - indicate your chosen square shooting an arrow at a large noughts and crosses board
