Description

Play hockeys (simple rules) with a soft hockey puck or beanbag indoors.

Resources

Indoor-safe hockey sticks.
Soft puck.
Chairs or tape to mark goals.
Markings on floor to designate zones.

Instructions

Divide room into thirds, between goals.
The defenders for each goal can only stay in the third with the goal (3 players).
Attackers for both teams (3 players each) are either (depending on chosen rules) allowed in:
- only the middle third, or
- the middle third + the third with the goal their team scores in.
The puck starts in the middle. A point is scored for each goal.
