Instructions

Ask the cubs to run round and when a cooking method is shouted out Cubs are to carry out the action. When the game is over talk about which is the healthiest/unhealthiest way to cook and examples of what you would cook.

Microwave - Spin round
Boil - Stand on the spot and wiggle arms above head
Fry/Grill - lie on the floor and wriggle
Slow cook - move very slowly round the hall
Bake - crouch down and slowly rise up
