large and small zip loc bags
ice cubes
milk
vanilla escence/cocoa powder
salt
sugar

Instructions

Please work in pairs

1. In small bag put in ¼ pint milk
1 tablespoon sugar
Flavouring (chocolate powder or vanilla essence)

2. Seal bag

3. In Large bag ½ fill with ice cubes
Add 6 tablespoons of salt

4. Put small bag inside big bag with ice

5. Shake for 5 minutes

Be careful when removing ice cream as not to contaminate it with the salt!!
