To provide the knowledge to be able to extricate casualties using Fire and Rescue Service techniques and equipment.

These sessions can be spread over several weeks to suit group sizes and resource availability.

Scenario 1 - this scenario should look at car stabilisation and safety such as sharps protection kit. Fire Cadets should demonstrate how to stabilise the car and the fitting of sharps kit and air bag protection.
