2 oz. icing sugar (1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp butter
2 tsp cream cheese
dash of vanilla essence
2 tsp cocoa
sandwich-size plastic zipper-bag (Ziploc etc)
Raisins, m&ms, marshmallows etc

Instructions

On arrival, before flag break or take home:
- spot the hazards sheet

1. Food prep pages from activity pack:
- match ways of cooking with the statements - relay in 2s or 3s (15mins)

2. Fun food facts card game (15mins)

3. meal plan and shopping list in Sixes (15 mins) - at least 1 person from Sixer and Seconder camp in each group, and get out a double gas ring cooker to show them. Put pictures and prices up around hut so they can see prices and get ideas

4. Cubs cook cards, tick any statement that applies and in 2s or 3s and finish hazard sheet (10min)

5. Hygiene - Kitchen (cleaning prep area, tidy, floor, washing up), hand washing (how long for - sing happy bday twice, making sure you get the back and in-between fingers and under nails)(7min)

6. Armpit fudge (20mins)

Ingredients: (single serve version)
2 oz. icing sugar (1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp butter
2 tsp cream cheese
dash of vanilla essence
2 tsp cocoa
sandwich-size plastic zipper-bag (Ziploc etc).
raisins, m&ms, marshmallows etc

What to do:
Place all ingredients in a sandwich-size plastic zipper-bag (Ziploc (tm), etc).
Squeeze out all the air.
Squish and moosh (under the arm!) the bag until all the ingredients are well mixed and there is a creamy consistency.
Add any favourite flavours or other stuff (raisins, M&M's, peanut butter, chopped nuts, etc).
Take out a spoon and enjoy.

7.Give the nutrition sheet to take home the week before to do for tonight
