Milk egg chocolate mug cake:
Directions
• Choose your favourite mug and add all the dry
ingredients to the bottom. Mix together until
you have an even-coloured powder. Add the
egg, oil, milk and vanilla and stir well until
combined and smooth.
• Drop in a few Mini Eggs, reserving some for the
top, and pop in the microwave.

cook for around 3 minutes – it should puff up
and over the top of your mug and be cooked
right through.
• When cooked top with your remaining Mini Eggs
and enjoy!

microwave 20-30 secs
2. Add egg, milk and sugar and whisk to
combine
3. Add the mixed spice, flour and salt and mix
until the batter is smooth
4. Add the mixed dried fruit and orange zest
and mix into the batter

Remember: SAFETY FIRST.
Practice good hygiene before, during, and after the activity.
An adult MUST be on hand to supervise – particularly the use of sharp objects, any heat source, and the microwave oven. Microwaved foods can be EXTREMELY hot and remain hot for some time after the cooking process has ended. TAKE CARE WHEN HANDLING OR EATING ANY MICROWAVE FOOD - let items rest and cool before eating.
