Description

A game where the scouts have to get to, pick up, and return a ball to their start position without being seen by the leaders.

Resources

1x Football (or similar sized ball)

Instructions

The scouts stand at one end of the hall, with a leader standing at the other end with a ball on the ground in front of them.
The leader turns around and shouts "Where is Jack?" (Jack being the ball, you can use other names), then turns back.
While facing away, the scouts have to try and pick up the ball and get it back to their start point without the leader seeing.
If the leader sees any scout moving, they return to the start.
If the ball has been picked up, the leader gets one guess per turn as to who has it, and if they're correct, the game is over.

It will be up to the scouts collectively to come up with a strategy to pick up and return the ball without being detected.
