Instructions

The Q-tips could be cut in half in advance so as to make it easier for the girls.

Step 1: Make a circle of yellow playdough.

Step 2: Glue the playdough to a piece of card. If the card is folded in half, it can be used to make a very pretty card for Easter or Mother's Day.

Step 3: Place the halved Q-tips around the circle evenly, and they can be gently pushed into the side of the playdough for support.

Tip: Rub a circle of paper glue (pritt stick) around the yellow circle where the top of the Q-tip will be.

Step 4: Glue one green pipe cleaner to the centre to make a stem and use the second pipe cleaner to make one or two leaves.

If the playdough isn’t available, use a circle of the yellow card.

Tip – Stick the Q-tips in a circle (maybe draw a circle for guidance), and place the circle of the yellow card on top.
