Chop up the salad needed to make the wraps,
Use age appropriate knives.

Soak the rice paper wraps, add the chopped healthy ingredients and then roll tightly.

Carrots thinly sliced

Instructions

Discuss the importance of hygiene and safety when in the kitchen.

Prepare the ingredients.
Children to chop the food items and place them in a bowl. It is better to thinly slice them.

Soak the rice paper wraps for 30 seconds, place them on a clean surface, add the fillings with care, make sure you don't overfill it. Then tightly roll and wrap.

Taste the food once made. Children to review them. What would they change? Add? Remove?
