Description

Can be a basic fitness session with use of gym equipment. Or a designated Fitness record on improving cadets fitness with the equipment. Please see attached file.

Instructions

6 in 8 drill - NOT A PASS/FAIL.

Complete 1 run out, then under-run, and make up the hose as many times as you can in the aim to achieve 6 roll ups in 8 minutes.

Instructor will determine as to whether the complete roll up meets every standard i.e. Dragging couplings, Hindering others, Rolling up tidiness and Cheating.
