Conduct a 4hr hike and be assessed on ability as individuals and a troop, to navigate, lead, work as a team, overcome obstacles and challenges, keep energy levels up, stay hydrated and fed and successfully arrive at your end destination. Practice using a map and compass, pacing and other techniques.
