Blank Pirate Map with a grid on For example 1 -5 down the left and A-E across the top
Spare Paper

Instructions

Split into 4 or 5 small groups
Each group has a blank map and draws in a grid square Palm Tree, Parrot, Pirate Ship and a Treasure Chest
Using a spare piece of paper they must write down 4 instructions using N, S,E & West that will collect all items ending at the Treasure chest for example
2 squares North or 3 squares north east.
They then pass the instructions and a blank map to the next team and that team has to work out the grid ref's for the items.
