Slap Cup

Description
Slap cup is a fun table based game that was invented by a group of Softballers in the Windsor & Maidenhead area. We play it as a drinking game, but it's quite a lot of fun without it.
It can be played indoors or outdoors, around any decent sized table.
There's no maximum running time, it just takes as long as it takes, or as long as you need to fill.
Resources
A table
Two plastic cups (preferably pint cups)
Two ping pong balls
Instructions
A group of people stand around the table, with enough space to be able to reach the table top without interference from each other. We have played with 12 people around a Table Tennis table, if that's a useful frame of reference, 8 people around a standard trestle table would be reasonable.
The cups are placed in front of two players at opposite sides of the table.
The objective is to bounce the ping pong ball once on the table, and have it land in the cup.
When you get the ball in the cup, you move the ball and cup to the player to your right.
If you get it in on the first attempt, you can give the ball and cup to any other player around the table (so you can stitch up other players).
Both cups should be going anti-clockwise around the table.
If one catches up with the other, when the player on the left gets the ball into the cup before the player on the right, they can then "slap the cup" off the table. They then win this round (It's at this point, the losing player would take a drink when Young People aren't around), and it all starts over again.
