Toilet Roll Tubes
Googley Eyes
Either bandages or toilet paper (both need to be torn into strips)
Glue
Optional: Black paint / Pen

Instructions

Paint Toilet Rolls Black (Allow to Dry)

Glue either the toilet paper or cut-up bandages to the toilet roll tube leaving a gap in the wrapping for the eyes
Stick on the googly eyes
