Description

Make planes using pegs to be used in a later game.

Resources

Large lolly sticks
Small lolly sticks
Wooden peg
Felt tip pens
Glue gun

Instructions

Colour the peg in whichever colour they would prefer using the felt pens.
Cut rounded end off the 2 sizes of lolly sticks, Large cut in half to cover 1 peg, small cut into quarters to cover 2 pegs. (if plain colour them in)
Use one of the large rounded ends to make a fin.
Sand any rough edges to avoid splinters.
Using the glue gun attach the 2 large pieces of lolly sticks to the peg on opposite sides of the peg above/below each other.
Do the same on the opposite end of the peg with the 2 small pieces of lolly stick.
Glue the fin that was made on top of the small lolly sticks.
Allow for glue to dry and cool before using for the game
