A festive game where the Young People need to stop the Grinch from stealing Christmas

Resources

Chairs or benches set up in a large circle

Instructions

All YP sit on a circle on chairs with their heads down and eyes closed.

Once the scouts have their eyes closed, tap one scout on the shoulder - thats your Grinch. No one else knows.

Tell everyone to secretly decide if they are a Reindeer, Elf, Snowman or Christmas Tree.

The YP keep their identity for the entire game; the must not change what they are between rounds

The scout leader calls out an character. Those who identify as that character must open their eyes, get up and switch to a new chair.

All the others keep their eyes closed and heads down.

The Grinch must switch chairs Every time, regardless of the character called.

After a few rounds allow the scouts to guess / vote who they think the Grinch is.
