Ask cubs in small segregated groups or pairs to write step by step instructions to draw something simple like an animal, then pass the instructions around so other groups/pairs have a go at actually following the instructions. Compare results to see if the original drawing was matched or not and discuss why and challenges with interpretation of written communication.
