Fun game to help learn the planets in the Solar System.

Resources

Buckets, planet names, foil 'moon rocks'.

Instructions

Have a range of bucket sizes labelled with the 8 different planets in the Solar System.
Buckets should be in the order of the planets.
Beavers to line up in teams with a pile of foil 'moon rocks'.
Take it in turn (one per team) to throw the moon rock and try to get it to land on the
planet (in the bucket).
Points given for any moon rocks landing on planets; extra points for those further away.
