Description

Explorers can get bored of boil-in-the-bag meals on expeditions.
Explorers will be challenged to create the perfect noodle meal but only using food that they can carry on their expedition.

Resources

Stove - ideally the type that they will use on the expedition.
Limited utensils - only items they would be prepared to carry on the expedition.
Selection of food including:
Various noodles (straight to the wok, boil etc)
Ambient foods to elevate the noodles taking into account the dietary requirements of the Explorers.

Instructions

Split Explorers into teams
Give each team a stove and limited utensils
Each team has 10 mins to plan their meal and 50 minutes to cook, have it tasted and fully clean up.
Explorers have the full choice of the food table.
