stopwatch, possibly 1 blindfold each but not necessary

Instructions

Everyone sits down facing away from a leader, who has a stopwatch set for 1-2 mins (on
silent so it doesn't make a noise when its finished)

The leader calls out when they start the stopwatch, and without talking to each other
everyone has to count what they think is the amount of time on the stopwatch

When they think the time has run out, they should stand up

The game runs until everyone has stood up, the winner is the person who stood up
closest to the real time

You could give each person a blindfold so they can't see when anyone else stands up, or
make them sit in a circle facing outwards
