Description

Resources
2 chairs, bat (ideally rounders bat but any bat would work), small foam ball
Instructions
Use 2 chairs as the wickets about half the length of the hall apart
One person (a leader or a scout) bowls
Each scout has a chance at batting, everyone who is not batting or bowling is fielding
Each scout keeps track of their own score (one point for each run)
The batter can do as many runs as they want after they’ve hit the ball
The bowler should throw the ball as soon as possible, even if the batter isn’t finished
running
If the ball hits the chair behind the batter, the batter’s turn is over
If a fielder catches the ball before it hits the floor, the batter’s turn is over
Winner is the scout with the most points
