Instructions

Local map - map puzzle to Abingdon Fire Station and write route from HQ
Assign each 6 to a route (which road do they have to go down)
Cubs put them together to complete the route
Cubs draw a simplified map of the route
Cubs write the route from the HQ to the fire station noting any landmarks (e.g. shops/schools) along the route.


Countryside Code - yes no game/picture-label match
Run and pick up pieces and work together to match statements with pictures.


Basic first aid - burns/scalds, bleeding, CPR, recovery position
Primary survey - what does DR ABC stand for?
When should you call for help? If no response, check for breathing, put in recovery position if possible
What if you’re alone with a patient and no phone? Go get help!
How would you treat a burn or scald? Cool water
How would you treat bleeding? Pressure - bandage ar practice

Foreign game - Sheep (NZ)
1 person is the guesser and leaves the room, someone in the circle is the lead sheep and they make a movement and everyone has to copy - Guesser needs to figure out the lead sheep.
