Instructions

Working in Patrols, Scouts to spend ten minutes to devise two short scenes. (1) At the scene of an accident (their choice) how NOT to behave in front of a casualty and (2) Switch the scene to demonstrate good bedside manner. Using the attachment as a resource for them to help them demonstrate reassurance.

Everyone in the Patrol has to be involved.

Patrols then act out their two scenes.

Discussion points on how they would make you feel. What else could be done to reassure the casualty.
