Description

This cup game is a fun, active, slightly competitive game that everyone can join!!  It's a battle of quick reflexes and listening skills.

Resources

Solo Cups - red, yellow, blue, etc -- color doesn't matter
some campuses used more than one color which added depth to the competition
a large space to line up the participants
an announcer (with a loud voice, or microphone)

Instructions

Participants line up face to face with a cup between them on the floor. or table
1 - The announcer randomly shouts head, shoulders, ears, one step back, bum, knees, or toes etc.
2 - As the announcer gives commands, the participants place their hands on the corresponding location.
The announcer repeats steps 2 and 3.
When the announcer randomly says CUP, the participants quickly try to grab the cup.
The person to get the cup first wins.

You can keep repeating or play knock out where each loser sits down and kids pair up again until only one person remains
