Cubs will create delightful cupcakes and present them to their mums, making it a special treat for Mother's Day.

Instructions

1. Setup: Divide the Cubs into small groups or Lodges and set up tables with decorating supplies.
2. Baking: If cupcakes are not pre-baked, Cubs can make simple cupcakes with supervision. Provide ingredients for cupcakes, tea, coffee, and milk.
3. Decorating: Allow Cubs to decorate their cupcakes with icing, sprinkles, and other creative toppings.
4. Crafting Tags: Each Cub will make a label for a rose (one per parent) using cards.
5. Setting Up Cafe: Prepare the dining area with tablecloths and arrange the cupcakes with rose tags for presentation.
6. Serving: Invite the mums to arrive early to enjoy tea/coffee with their treats. Cubs serve their decorated cupcakes to their mums during this surprise café event.
