Description

The bunnies want to steal Mr McGregor's vegetables. Mr McGregor wants to keep them out.

-Ball-pool balls
-Footballs (optional)
-Sports cones or similar

Instructions

Mark out three small areas of your playing space about 3square meters should be sufficient for each. Two of them should be close together; the garden and the shed, the other (the rabbit warren) should be the other end of the field. Tip out the balls (vegetables) into the garden.
Select gardeners. Out of 25 Beavers, we found 3 gardeners was about the right balance.
Everyone else is a bunny.
The bunnies need to try and steal all of the vegetables. They may carry 1 at a time. The footballs are watermelons, which require 2 bunnies to carry and can only be carried at a walking pace, but are worth 5 vegetables.
If a farmer catches a bunny, they take them to the shed, and return any vegetables or watermelons they are carrying to the garden.
A bunny can be rescued from the shed, and taken by the hand to the warren.
The game ends when all of the vegetables are in the warren, or all of the bunnies are in the shed.
