Instructions

1. Gather Cubs: Bring all Cubs together, making sure they are sitting and listening.
2. Discuss Bike Safety: Explain essential bike checks such as brakes, tyre pressure, chain condition, seat height and lever + gear position and adjustability.
3. Helmet Check: Ensure each Cub has a properly fitted helmet and adjust as necessary.
4. Group Rules: Discuss important riding rules, like not overtaking the leader and maintaining a safe distance from each other.
5. Road Awareness: Brief Cubs on looking out for pedestrians and other cyclists while on the road /track
