Resources

First Aid Kit with Scouts trained first aider
Phone for emergencies
Map and compass
Planned route and risk assessments
Kit list for participants
Attendance list and updated medical information for children to hand

Instructions

Cubs and Beavers to meet with Team Members in a specified location and return to the same location.
Safety briefing and instructions to be given before walk
Hike is a total of 2 hours including a rest break.
Beavers to walk with and accompanying parent or guardian and Team members front and back of group
Cubs to walk in Sixes with team members
