Instructions

Start with a description of a hike
Eg- we are going for a 1 hour hike, near the cubs hall, this week in the evening. The weather is forecast to be sunny.
Hold up different bags and ask if you would take then on a hike. Big hiking bag- not appropriate for a short hike, but useful for a long / overnight hike
Tote bag- maybe for a trip to the shops? Not really for a hike though
Smaller rucksack- good for a hike, can fit the necessary equipment
Hold up items from the selection and ask weather it
Small reusable Water bottle- yes! Giant 2l water bottle? Maybe not...
Atlas? No. OS map? Yes!
Phone? Yes
Teddy bear? No
Kettle? No
Compass? Yes
Suncream? Yes- its forecast to be sunny, but check the UV
Big winter coat- Not needed for a hike in june
Small rain coat- the weather is unpredictable, its good to be prepared
Sleeping Bag? Maybe for an overnight hike
Snacks- good to keep energy up
Torch? Not really necessary for a day hike
