Use string to create a simple labyrinth for your finger to follow.

Glue
Thick cardboard
Sand if wanted
Pencils

Instructions

Have pictures out of proper labyrinths, and explain that they are not like mazes, you can't get lost, the purpose is to slowly walk and meditate/focus.

Draw a continuous path to the centre of the cardboard (have some preprepared)
Dip string in glue and stick it along the route to make a simple route that can be traced with a finger.

Optional extra (sand labyrinth)
If wanting a sand labyrinth,
Fill a plastic bowl with play sand
Place a finger labyrinth face down into tray of sand.
Remove labyrinth, it will have left an imprint in the sand which children can trace with their fingers - keep labyrinth nearby for inevitable need to fix labyrinth if someone destroys
