Cone Shaped Piping Bags (cellophane treat bags also work)
Hot Chocolate Mix
Mini Marshmallows
Mini Chocolate Chips
Brown Pipe Cleaners
Googly Eyes
Red Pom Poms (for Rudolph's Nose)
Rubber Band for tying the top
Gift Tags (Optional)
Ribbon (Optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Bag

Please the piping bag in a cup for stability. Pour the Hot chocolate mix into the tip of the bag

Seal the cocoa mix

Twist the piping bag tightly - tie off with a rubber band. Trim off excess plastic

Add Layers (Optional)

If you want clean layers put the bag with the cocoa into a second piping back for double bag method. Add a layer of mini marshmallows and or mini chocolate chips.

Close and Decorate:

Twist the top of the bag closed with a brown pipe cleaner - forming reindeer antlers. To make antlers cut and ben another pipecleanrer into antler shapes and wrap / twist onto the bag near the tied spot.

Add the Face

Attach googly eyes and add a red pom pom nose

Add festive ribbon and or tag.
