1. Town walk taking in the canal, historical high street and the oldest buildings on the high street

2. Castle walk taking in the canal, castle, Lewis Carroll tributes and some of the high street

Instructions

Meet at Meeting point (Plaza/area in front of Odeon)
Register the children
Hand out trails and arrange groups/helpers
Open meeting point

Explain activity
Set groups off Each lodge to go in different directions (is possible)

6:30-7:35
Follow the trail and get as many answers as possible Adult lead and trail lodge groups
YL in middle of groups

Meet back at the Meeting point
Compare results from quiz
Have time waster games for back up if too much time left over
(e.g. beep test, star jump competition, pat head and rub tummy)

Check children back in
Separate into lodge groups for dissemination
Lodge Adults to group their lodges

Ensure each child is going back with a known carer/adult
Lodge Adults to check which adult their lodge children are leaving with
