The Ladybirds sit in a circle.
The Leader says, 'Granny Mangle is coming to stay.'
'What is she like?' the Ladybirds respond.
Then the Leader says, 'She has an itchy nose.' All the Ladybirds scratch their noses.

The Leader goes on with various features such as, 'She has one eye shut', 'She has a finger in her ear' and so on with the Ladybirds miming each action.

Any Ladybird who laughs or smiles is out of the game.
