Description

Scouts will hang donuts from a string and try to eat them without using their hands in a race against each other.

Resources

Donuts (1 per Scout)
String or rope for hanging
A way to hang the donuts (tree or beam)

Instructions

1. Prepare a string or thin rope long enough to hang donuts; use a tree branch or a sturdy beam.
2. Hang the donuts at mouth height.
3. Divide Scouts into several lines; each Scout will take turns trying to eat a donut.
4. On "go," Scouts have one minute to eat as much of the donut as possible without using their hands.
5. After one minute, assess how much donut each Scout has eaten. The one who eats the most wins.
