Teams send up a representative they think would be best for the subject then say have to prove they can beat the other teams number

Give them a subject i.e. pushups

Scouts take it in turns to say hiw many they can do if they cant beat the ither scouts number they need to say prove it. Point goes to team who can either do it when given prove it or the other team if they fail to prove it
