Instructions
1. Set up a mock kitchen with various "hazardous" items, such as:
- A saucepan handle hanging over the edge of a pretend hob.
- Cables sprawled across the floor.
- A cup of water placed next to an electrical appliance.
2. Divide Beavers into small groups and give them 5 minutes to identify the hazards.
3. Gather everyone together and discuss what hazards they found, encouraging them to think about why each setup is dangerous.
4. Reinforce lessons on safe kitchen practices.
