Description

Simple craft using paper cups to make a snowman

Resources

White paper cups
Felt tip pens in a range of colours, including orange and black
Googly eyes (or draw eyes)
Glue - stick / PVA / glue dots
Scissors

Optional
Ribbon or pipe cleaners (for scarf)
Mini pom poms
Card

Instructions

Take a paper cup and place it upside down. Ask each young person to initial their cup on the inside.
Draw or stick on eyes
Draw nose and mouth (or cut card for nose and mouth and glue on)
Use pipe cleaners to make scarf (wrap around the cup where the "neck" is and twist)

Optional extra decorations
Ear muffs - Glue 2 pom poms on each side of cup and connect them with a curved pipe cleaner.
Hat - Cut a hat shape from card and glue it to the top.

Add your own extra decorations!
