- A large open space to play.

Instructions

1. Split Cubs into two teams: One team will represent blood cells while the other will be cholesterol.
2. Set up the game: The leader acts as the heart in the middle of the space.
3. Objective: Blood cells need to run to the heart without getting tagged by the cholesterol. If tagged, they join the cholesterol team.
4. Continue playing until all blood cells are tagged, then switch roles.
