Description

7 Circuit Stations (Beavers grouped into 2-3s depending on numbers). Each circuit runs for 3 2-minutes then they switch to the next round.

Circuits:
1. Slam Ball (arms and shoulders)
2. Hurdles (legs / agility)
3. Wall based press ups (arms)
4. Plank Hold (core)
5. Weaving round Cones (legs / agility). Cones from Cupboard
6. Squats or Burpees (legs / full body)
7. Rest Station (with Water)





Resources

4kg Slam Ball, Mini Hurdles, Cones, Water.

Instructions

Repeat circuit twice (35 - 40mins)

Alternative Exercises for stations:
Star Jumps, Sit Ups, Wall Sits
