Practicing to flood a biscuit with icing

Bowls

Instructions

Make 2 different bowls of icing. One needs to be the same texture as toothpaste. One needs to be a little runnier .

Put both batches of icing into piping bags.

Outline the biscuit with the thicker icing. Let sit for around 5 mins. Flood the centre of the biscuit with the slightly runnier icing.
