During the visit, the Beavers will learn where chocolate comes from and how it is made, and they will also have the opportunity to make their own bar of milk chocolate.

Instructions

Chocolate Workshop – Instructions
• During the visit, participants will be introduced to where chocolate comes from and the main stages of the chocolate-making process.
• Participants will be required to listen to the guide and follow all instructions provided.
• Hands must be washed before taking part in any chocolate-making activities.
• Each participant will have the opportunity to make their own milk chocolate bar by pouring melted chocolate into a mould.
• Where available, toppings may be added before the chocolate is left to set.
• The chocolate will need time to cool and harden before it can be removed from the mould.
• Once complete, the finished chocolate bar may be taken home.
• All health and safety instructions must be followed throughout the visit.
