Description

This game helps Beavers understand how bees work together as a team to collect pollen and keep their hive healthy.

Resources

- Yellow pompoms or beanbags (as “pollen”)
- Cones
- Hoops or buckets (as “the hive”)

Instructions

- Split the Beavers into 2 groups
- Scatter the “pollen” around the hall.
- On GO!, the first Beaver in each group buzzes out, collects one piece of pollen, and returns it to their hive.
They tag the next Beaver, who repeats the task.
- Continue until all pollen has been gathered back into the hive.

Fun Variations:
- Flower Freeze: Call out “Freeze like a flower!” during the game—Beavers must pause in a flower pose until play resumes.
- Waggle Dance Bonus: Teams can earn extra points by performing a silly bee-style waggle dance together.
- Queen Bee Round: Secretly choose one Beaver per lodge as the Queen Bee—teams give them extra cheers and encouragement.
