Alhamdulillah - What Are We Thankful For?

Explain the meaning of Alhamdulillah (الحمد لله) - All praise and thanks belong to Allah.

Discuss different things we can be thankful to Allah for, such as:

* Our family and friends
* Our health and bodies
* Food and water
* Our homes and clothes
* Nature and the world around us
* The ability to learn, play and have fun
* The blessings we sometimes take for granted

Children then use their own sheets to write or draw things they are thankful to Allah for.

Finish by bringing everyone together and asking a few children to share what they wrote, reminding them that we can say Alhamdulillah whenever we recognise a blessing from Allah.
