240ml water,400g sugar,2 tsp cream of tartar,saucepan,lemon zest,2 tblsp lemon juice

Instructions

Heat the water, sugar and cream of tartar in a saucepan. SIMMER for 15 minutes. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice and then let it to cool down and when cold taste the mixture.
